This home is priced way below replacement cost at $597,000. Originally we had it at $675,000, but since we are selling it ourselves we have reduced the price. If you are worried about buying from a “for sale by owner” we will gladly turn the process over to your choice of agents at your expense. I believe that the normal commission is 7% which would add almost $42,000 on to your cost. However most transactions are handled by your attorney that you choose for closing, so it should not be a problem. I have sold 3 houses like this and have not had a problem.
