In 2004 the owners decided to add a detached garage. It matches the home almost perfectly. Great care was taken to insure that it blended with the home and looked as if it had always been there. No expense was spared. It has brick construction just as the home. It was suggested that money could be saved by bricking only the front or just using all vinyl siding. But the owners insisted that it be as close to the construction of the house as possible. This garage has over sized doors, as does the main garage. It has insulated doors and windows. It could be easily converted to be used in almost anyway you like. It is 28′ x 28′. It is plenty big enough to serve almost any purpose.

The carriage lights and flood lights are integrated with the main house lights.

All garage doors have garage door openers. Both garages also have keypads and remote openers.
